Here you will be able to see our progress on the work we’re doing on the robot and share engineering knowledge on how to construct your J5.
We are working closely with the robot designer/builder Eric Allard to produce the most accurate, high quality and the most functional plans ever created. This adventure began in April 2004 where Terry Andrews Jr. went over to Eric Allard’s workshop in LA California to document the original “Hero Bot” J5. A full week was spent on this documentation and we are still putting this data gathered into 3D computer aided design models. There are literally Thousands of parts used in Johnny Five and some parts are extremely rare and almost impossible to find. This has caused us much delay in modelling some parts of the robot but now we have secured everything we need to make the robot and have a limited supply for the first few who need parts from us. We can not put a date on when the plans will be ready but it will be in the next year or two.

They also look very difficult to conceptualize, moreover build and program. Kudos to robot makers!
