TrackMania Officially Announced for the Nintendo DS – Insane Timer Based Racing

trackmaniads.jpgWhen I first heard about this game on the PC, I thought it sounded more like a competitor to Dance eJay, but after playing the free cut down version for a few hours with a friend, the thrill of racing insane courses where every millisecond counts was simply exhilarating.

Now the title is being released on the cute portable, sometime in the last quarter of 2008 for the Nintendo DS. Details are incredibly scarce are the moment, but a track editor and multiplayer mode has already been announced in the first press release. You can also view a teaser video.

  • Now for it to come out for the 360!

It’s an amazing PC game. Even the free version has enough in it to keep you satisfied for months if not years.
