Glyn Madden of The Yamaha Club has created an audio CD celebrating his 40 years as a musician. Glyn asked if I would create a trailer to promote his latest release and here is the resulting video.

As a Yamaha keyboard enthusiast for quite a few years now, the process of being able to perform and create music is a truly delightful experience. Using many of the flagship models from Yamaha, I certainly have one of the best, if not the best musical instruments currently available. The iPad includes many synthesizer sound generators and music notation software options and many of those feature the ability to connect external MIDI equipment.

Microsoft shocked everyone recently by announcing two of their own tablet devices known as ‘Surface’. Following very much in the footsteps of the Apple philosophy by bringing the best of hardware and software together within a single company and not relying on third parties, Microsoft have introduced two variants of the tablet – one with Windows RT (competing with the iPad) and the other with Windows 8 Pro (competing with Ultrabooks).
