360monster.com New Forum Design Revealed

360mnewforumlook.jpgAfter 48hours of the discussion forum being shut down so Anthony (site administrator of 360monster.com) could wow us with his design skills, the new theme and board layout has been revealed:

Here it is! The new Console Monster look & branding. This will be your first glimpse of what’s to come later this year with the network of Monster sites. Every network site will follow along the same lines as this one but with their own colour schemes as shown in the navigation at the top and in the footer (which is obviously inactive right now apart from 360Monster).

Clearly the middle content will be different on the actual sites, but for now you will have to make do with our new ‘stylized’ forum which suits the Console Monster colour theme. Believe me we’ve gone through many variations of orange and we have finally chosen a more subtle darker orange to save everyone’s eyes when reading this forum on an early Monday morning.

Thanks to James who has been of great help in moving threads over to the correct places on the forum.

I normally really hate dark colours, but I must admit, Anthony has done a terrific job of creating a great design that looks very professional. Some of the boards have been shifted around and added to incorporate the eventual inclusion of the new websites (wiimonster.com and ps3monster.com) of which I had a lot of input on, which I am very grateful for. Having the experience of my old XboxRules.com website has really helped!
