My Blogs Six Month Anniversary

jwsite.jpgIt is hard to believe that it has already been six months since I started this website. What started out to be just a place for me to mention a few areas of the Internet I find of interest, soon became something far bigger. Now my blog site is the home for my archive of reviews, which is growing steadily as I gradually recover articles since my very first gaming site (Gaming Attitude) opened in 2000.

In six months I have managed to build the site up from nothing to something that is becoming more extensive every week. Podcasting is something I never really considered before, but since I decided to do my very first attempt with Jeremy Hague from the Skylook application, I have recorded one every couple of weeks roughly.

I am having great fun in contributing to my personal website here and I hope you are finding news items of interest that you are sharing with your friends. Do not forget the most popular section of the site though, my ScummVM Music Enhancement Project, which is getting nearer to completion all the time. This project has had over 6700 page hits and the audio samples over 3650 downloads in total as well.

James Woodcock’s blog has now had over 100,000 page hits in the last six months and I cannot wait to see how the site will progress in another six. Thank you everyone for your support, which includes personal emails, posting comments and registrations. I already have some interesting plans for this website, which will be unveiled in the near future!
